Information we collect

• Account identifier — when you use Sign in with Apple, we store the private identifier Apple provides. We never request or store your Apple Account password.
• Guest device identifier — the app creates a random identifier to provide one 24-hour guest experience and preserve it on the device.
• Purchase history — App Store transaction identifiers, product identifiers, entitlement status, and expiry information are processed to unlock purchases and restore access.
• Sound preferences — selected sound character, matched frequency, generated recipe parameters, selected option, and saved sound-credit balance.

Information we do not collect

EARTUNE does not record audio and does not request microphone, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifier, or health-data access. Payment-card information is entered with Apple and is never available to EARTUNE.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate accounts, create and retrieve personalized sound recipes, provide the guest experience, verify purchases, restore entitlements, prevent duplicate guest offers, and operate and secure the service.

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app tracking or advertising.

Storage and service providers

Sound generation and mixing take place on your iPhone. Account, entitlement, and recipe records are processed on EARTUNE’s United States service infrastructure. Apple provides Sign in with Apple and App Store payments. Alibaba Cloud provides hosting, object storage, and content delivery. Natural-sound files may be cached on your device.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, entitlement, and recipe records while needed to provide the service, comply with applicable obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You can delete your EARTUNE account from the Account tab in the app.

Account deletion removes your EARTUNE account and associated sound recipes. Apple may retain transaction records under its own policies.

Children

EARTUNE is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You may use the guest experience without Sign in with Apple. You may sign out, restore purchases, or delete your account in the app. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information.
